    The research programme is divided into the following projects:

    Violence, bersiap, berdaulat. 1945-1946 transition

    After the taking over of a building formerly occupied by Indonesian nationalists, Indonesians are Interrogated and placed under guard by members of the Dutch forces. Clashes between Netherlanders and Indonesian extremistes causes a state of unrest and confusion in many parts of Java.
